You are at a time of exponential evolution and you are feeling the upheaval. The time has came for you as a leader to be more and more intentional of what frequency you are plugging into. Because everything you are here to do has a frequency at it’s core.

Every person in the world is designed to fulfill a special function. Every person has a part to play. What is your part to play? You need to take ownership of the part you are here to play. The more you do this the more satisfied you will become and the more joy and fruitfulness you find in your endeavors.

You have a hunger inside of you. A burning to share what you are here to share. The full expression of who you are is something you feel but other people often don’t get. Your “being” is the way for your calling to move out into the world, which means the full expression of you must be expressed

When you look out into the world of possibilities you will see a word of pure potential. But how do you know which direction you need to go? The answer is in the heart. Your heart knows the way. Strategy will come once you know the answer.

The heart of the divine is playful because it’s filled with love. And you have a playful heart and soul within you. This can either be the most dire time in all humanity OR the most grand adventure you (or humanity) has ever known and your role is to expose or reveal a new frequency of reality.

Recognizing your singularity AND also your connection to the one-ness. You are an aspect of a larger becoming that we are all moving into. Part of what you are here to do is grow in your own exploration. But you are also being called into service to a larger unfolding of humanity.

So often when you think of surrender you perceive it as giving up or of letting go or almost a form of quitting. But surrendering is relinquishing the belief that you can do it on your own. So it is a surrender into the blossoming of the heart.

Finding the resources you need for your work, your journey and your life. As you are on this path of opening your heart, your consciousness and your capacity to become the fullest version of yourself you will be coming to obstacles. Sometimes you think the thing you need to grow or overcome these obstacles does not exist or is not available. Guess what? Everything you need is available.

Your body is a conduit for your knowing, your message and of course your life. How often are you attentive to your body’s knowing? Do you know where the difference is between your message and your truth?

At the heart of your calling is a frequency of consciousness that you are to usher into the world as content. So often you focus on the content of your life but then there is the consciousness of life… the frequency inside that content.

One place is resistance. Which is essentally the minds way of saying I feel out of control and I need to figure this out. Then we move into the next place of “I wonder what’s in there”. This is the place of curiosity and exploration.

Over and over I see the competencies and skill building that got us here fall flat in the face of the calling. We are called to step into a version of us that allows our spirit to do a big bulk of the work by allowing your essence to lead the way. Making this change can be a challenge.
