How does it work to show up, have no conscious idea of what to speak about or what to share, tune in and have something come through? In every collective there is a joint yearning for movement. As a leader at all times you can tune into that craving and speak to it. And the most effective leaders consistently do this.

Identify where do you spend time in management of your own energy vs. having your energy accessible to your vision and the vision that wants to flow through you.

You often think that your bigger mission in this world is about the rest of the world, and it is. But the person that is first in line to be transformed by your own mission is YOU.

Today we are talking about two games. The first is ornamentation. Meaning, “I need to dress myself up to be pretty and presentable… including my ideas and talking about what I do and what I see in the world. Only then can I hope it will be well received in the world.”

In this game you think your power lies is in having the best ornamentation. And to some extent in this game that is true. But you know you are here for a deeper purpose so winning at the game of ornamentation feels off or hollow.

The other game is the game of rootedness. Think of a huge tree with deep, deep, deep roots interconnected with the other trees for collective support and nourishment. The thing we often fail to talk about is how much attention is being put on growing your own roots deeper around power, authority, your own sovereignty and standing tall in what you are here to share.

Despair because of what “is”. What we see, the tragedies that happen in front of us. We an also choose to look at it with optimism and joy because there is opportunity for change here. The world is getting tilled, turned over. We have got to go to the depths for transformation. We have to go to the depths because that is where the gold lies… that is where the evolution of the next version of who we are lies.

When you say in your marketing,”This ship goes here…” or “I take people on this journey…” what is that arch and who in your heart and soul do you know you are meant to take on that journey. Because you need to see yourself as the captain of this ship.

Your work maybe an answer to unspoken questions but your work is not the questions themselves. It is very important to separate these two things.

The questions are sitting there alive, moving and stirring people in their soul. Sometimes your role is NOT to provide the answer but to name the question to begin with.

Great change requires great trust. Why are you continually called to more? Because you came to this earth plane at this time wanting expansion, wanting growth, wanting to blossom in the most glorious way. And every time you expand it requires you to do two things amongst others. One is to step outside the identity you have built.

We speak through the rustle of the leaves in the wind. We speak through the exchange at the grocery store. We speak through messengers. We speak through you. This world, this universe is alive.

Especially when you harness the potential of this universe in service to the work you are here to do in this world. As a messenger your job is to activate a knowing within people about a reality that we don’t yet see in front of our eyes.

Quiet yourself to make yourself more available to what is emerging each moment. There is always this dance between an opening in you and the next evolution of you and your work in the world. There must be readiness within you to receive the next message that wants to come through you. If you aren’t ready to receive it or available for the message it will have no place to land.

How do you know truth when you hear it? Because of how it lands in your body. Truth is not an intellectual concept. Truth is not just something that locks in place in your mind, it is something that resonates within your body. It’s important when your are taking in information to center into your body.

How do I make sense of what I am meant to do? My purpose doesn’t look like anything I see around me. It doesn’t fit anywhere. Where do I go with this thing? I don’t know where to go with who I am. At some fundamental level for your entire life you have known, “I’m different” “I don’t seem to fit”.
