It easy to stay connected to the next things to do while being disconnected from the larger purpose. We are all here to be activators of consciousness. And everything we do can be an activator of consciousness.

Everywhere we go we can be an activator of a particular frequency of knowing and of being. Every single one of us is here to be a carrier and activator of a particular frequency. The degree to which your work is on purpose is the degree to which your work also enables you to be an activator of a particular frequency and particular consciousness.

Everyone of us has that thumb print that is absolutely singular. No one on this planet does what YOU do YOUR way. Are you using your singular voice?

Your voice is never static. There is always something fresh to share, something new to lean into. Ask yourself what haven’t you shared yet? And when you reach into the hearts of your tribe what haven’t you touched yet?

Death and rebirth are the most basic foundations of the experience you have on this planet. Death and rebirth are part of the natural cycle of creation. Failure, another way to contextual it or talk about it, would be to speak about it as a death. There is the death of opportunities. The death of potential options forward. The death of an idea.

And of course there is rebirth. Well if not that path then what path? If I can’t do it that way what way can I do it? If this feels old and tired for me where is there any spark of life?

This grit in the oyster is something each one of us has. This grit is full potential, full expression, an unencumbered and exulted version of you. Meaning I am lifting it up and I am putting it in the light… all of it.

Each one of us has this something more. The sense there is something more. And of course you do because to feel the potential is limitless. How do you dance with the experience of constraint or limitations in this three dimensional world while having the experience of this something calling you forward saying there is more to be delivered?

You want a place that is yours. A place where you belong. A place where you don’t have prove yourself, or fight or push or do or hide or protect yourself. A place where you can show up fully and know you are welcome. What if simply wanting a place like is sufficient reason to create it?

Have you ever noticed that when you are in that space oneness, where time dissolves, there is no urgency. Because urgency is related to time. And in oneness time collapses. On the spiritual plane there is no urgency. The sense of urgency can be very real and palpable in our every day reality. It’s important to spend time outside that urgency in order to have perspective on what’s really going on in your place in the order of things and what you are called to do. So that you can remove your energetic field from places of urgency that you have no business attending to… not your work.

There is a seed inside of you the way there is a seed that grows the oak or the flower. That seed like all seeds knows it’s full potential. If you look at nature even among the same species they are no two alike. Each one knows it’s unique expression. The same thing is true of each of us. There is a seed inside of us that knows it’s full expression.

We start from this place that we are not in judgement of any of your human experiences. Good emotion or bad emotion isn’t in the equation. Instead there is useful emotion. Then the question becomes… What is this emotion to be used for if it’s useful? (And you can apply this to all emotions.)

Changing your perspective from: Whats the problem with it? to What’s the purpose of it?

When you do that and you look at things from that perspective you start to move through this portal of consciousnesses to new possibilities where we can engage in what’s going on in our world even to stuff we don’t understand or particularly like in new ways.

Story is our mechanism for creation. The business you run, the life you live are all stories you are creating and living. Activating a new story for this world requires all of us to become adept at understanding story and role it plays in our lives.

What we want for you right now for you is joy, play and enjoyment. But what will that give you? For so many of you what’s bred into you is some form of “work hard”. That was great for the industrial revolution but it’s not great for right now.

What we need now is speed, efficiency and the ability to turn on a dime.

As the pain in the world gets dialed up the amplification of the story of the pain does too so that it seems that pain is all there is in this world. As that gets dialed up in the world our job is to dial up heart energy. We are not talking about checking out. We are talking about feet on the ground, opening the heart and accessing your higher wisdom.

As this world goes into more chaos part of your role as a paradigm changer is to be a home, and to create a respite for people who are in the pain body of our collective consciousness.
