The world is moving into a space where it is shifting from the “I” focus into the “We” focus. For many truly gifted and powerful leaders, the Lone Wolf type of survival skills that have been developed have made them successful at expressing their gift.  Even for those whose work SERVES others, they have become masters at being a Lone Wolf. They have developed a “mastery” at their work that helps them survive and be valued, even if when they don’t necessarily feel like they belong.  

How do we, as those Lone Wolves, direct our energy and work into the WE without being swallowed up by it? Find and honor that sacred “NO” that allows us to collaborate with WE in a powerful way, without surrendering ourselves to it.

Diving into this new year, we’re being reminded to focus anew our attention and energy. The magic that is inherent in truly setting and focusing our INTENTION is evident throughout our universe. Both the local Universe that we are “aware of” every day, and the infinite Universe that transcends our awareness. Things are happening all around us, the mechanics of which we may or may not see.

The possibilities for delight and surprise are THERE – we need only be open and engage intentionally with the magic that is already happening all around us. Allow ourselves to….

Pathway is often a mental concept. We are looking for it logically. We are trying to see something or go, “I can walk down that pathway”. But permission is a matter of the heart. Permission is so often related to belonging.

There is connective tissue between power and belonging. When we say can I and will I show up fully that is a question about will I express this life force that I am fully in the world. Or will I hesitate. Will I go a little bit and stop, never getting enough momentum to actually take off.

There is always this conversation about what do I want on one hand and then over here there’s this other conversation of what does the universe want for me. So often when we are in the question of what do I want that we put barriers or limitations around it and it becomes quite small.

It’s almost as if you project it on a veil or screen. We are always trying to look at that screen. What’s in that picture? What’s on that screen? What do I want? How am I getting it? Everything that the universe wants for you exists on the other side of that veil or screen.

There is so much support available to each and every one of us. And those of you that have raised your hand to take part in an unfolding of a new story for the people you serve, a new story for humanity a new story for this planet… the more you lean into that the more attractive you become to resources supporting that unfolding. The more you lean in, the more commitment you have, the more you willingness you have to put a stake in the ground for an as yet unseen future the more magnetic you become to etheric support and all sort of support that wants to rally around you and come into your field to support you.

The purpose of a wound is not just to clean the wound, not just to heal the wound. The wound has it’s own purpose in supporting you in your purpose. And while it’s still hard at work those wounds are somewhat opaque or invisible to us. They are in the background doing their thing, serving their purpose. Once the purpose has been served they often become blatant and in our face.

A good number of years ago my guidance said to me that every inspired idea has a lifeforce to it. And everything required for the full expression of that inspired idea is connected to it. The inspired idea is the hub and you are a strong spoke. All the resources required for the full expression of a divinely inspired idea that has life force to it are all spokes connected to IT… not to you.

Everything in our own learning is always some form of integration. Integrating something new and weaving it with something known. Part of the role of paradigm changers is to be particularly attuned to something new. To be always listening for something new. And keep in mind the role of the ego is to stay attuned to what’s known. Your spirit or your soul is attuning to what’s new. New only in that it is not manifest in this field, not necessarily new in the world of timeless.

Sometimes a business problem is more of a belonging problem. Your unconscious fear is about not fitting and not belonging or getting kicked out of the tribe or not having a place in this world. It prevents you from seeing the path forward in business because there is all these fears embedded the path forward.

Self betrayal is often related to this outside world of… what will happen if I say yes to this. What will they think? What will they say? What will happen? What will be the consequences?

So there is this dance between your own sovereignty and attending to your relationships. The question always is are your relationships dependent on betrayal, Meaning you must be true to the other person vs. you must be true to yourself.

There is always a well of hunger in a tribe. Every tribe, every community that is waiting to come into relationship with one another in service to something in this world has a deep hunger. This hunger is just sitting there, in the world, in your audience waiting for someone to both name it and create a space where that hunger gets fed. Naming this hunger is part of legitimizing it.

When the world around (or within) you is turbulent it is often difficult to have the strength and resolve to stay the course in the direction you are heading.

What would cause one to have the courage, fortitude and assurance to move forward in the direction you are heading when there is all this turbulence… inside or around you?
