Activation Tuesdays

Start your Tuesday with #ActivationTuesdays, live on our Facebook group.

Will you fall into despair or move into optimism and joy?

Despair because of what “is”. What we see, the tragedies that happen in front of us. We an also choose to look at it with optimism and joy because there is opportunity for change here. The world is getting tilled, turned over. We have got to go to the depths for transformation. We have to go to the depths because that is where the gold lies… that is where the evolution of the next version of who we are lies.

#MondayInsight:

Part 1, Us:

Archetypally, this is a very Plutonian time. Pluto, the god of the underworld, is about going to the depths for transformation. We’ve got to go to the depths because that’s where the gold lies. That’s where the jewels are. That’s where the evolution of the next version of who we are lies.

You know this deeply. You are someone who has done a tremendous excavation in the world of Pluto, You’ve gone to the underworld – the underbelly of your own being where you’ve cleaned off the muck and grime and came back with the precious jewel that was hidden there. You’ve gone to the underworld and come back up time and time again, bringing back and offering the gifts that you’ve discovered.

What’s happening right now, collectively, is that we are being asked to go into the underbelly of who we are, at a collective level.

We are transforming our ‘we’ identity.

Who are we as humans and as humanity? Who do we want to be? Who are we called to be? Who must we be for our own survival? What is telling humanity’s new story? As a paradigm changer, you are called to name it and call it into being.

You’re being called to have the courage and commitment to name who we must be – with your audience and the people you’re here to serve and in your industry. Name who they must be, who they’re called to be and who they can be.

You are a seer. You have the capacity to listen, discern, understand, and see this new picture of what can be and to put words to these pictures. That’s what allows you to paint the picture of who we can be, and what life can be like, in this new world. It’s time to wipe the scales from people’s eyes – particularly the people you’re here to serve.

Part 2, Them:

The people you serve think they’re one version of who they are. But there’s a whole new expression of them that’s waiting around the corner. The thing is, they can’t see this new version of themselves and might not know it’s even there. They certainly don’t know how to make this leap from who they are today into this new expression.

What they will recognize when you name it, is that they must make the leap.

Practice painting the picture of the world they’re in right now and the consequences of not changing, then paint the picture of what is possible if they make that change. That’s when they will start to see two realities in front of them.

They will be the ones making the choice about whether or not they jump from one to another. That’s their choice, not yours. Your job is two-fold: First, paint the picture of these two realities of these two worlds and invite them to make this jump. Next, create a space of permission within them to start making this journey from one expression of who they are to another.

Part 3, You:

Now let’s talk about your journey.

Who are you to step out and name these new identities for your people? Who are you to call your people into it who they are being called to be?

If those questions hold you back, ask yourself this: “Where am I holding back on what I’m here to name, for fear of relationship costs in my life or business?”

What are the perceived relationship costs in front of you – particularly if you step into this role of being a leader, calling people into a new reality, and a new version of who they are and how that impacts how we work together collectively in this world.

That’s the place where you may see you’re holding back. You may see, “Oh, that that’s the place where I still don’t inhabit that more expansive version of who I am on a daily basis.”

There is a version of who you are that you know in your soul, in your bones, in your wisdom self. And that when you get quiet enough to allow the fears to recede, you reconnect with this deep expression of who you are and why you came.

We want you to be visionaries. Visionary messengers. Visionaries who speak vision into being. To name what you’re here to name.

The big question for today is this…

“What is it that you are being called to name about who YOU are, so that you can name who WE are meant to become?”
