So many entrepreneurs struggle to stay connected to their inner guidance while executing strategically.

We tap into guidance for direction, but when it comes to growing the business, closing a big deal, or navigating challenges, it’s easy to fall into the trap of trying to “figure things out.”

Our minds convince us that if we can just solve it, we’ll get the security and emotional needs we crave. But when we forget the grace that comes with guidance, it’s easy to get hooked by fear, scarcity, and worry, which only makes us push harder to figure things out… to no avail.

This morning, my guidance reminded me of a powerful truth:

Everything we need for this moment is already available in this moment…

And anything in the future that isn’t actionable right now isn’t needed right now.

When we live in faith, trust, and connection to the present moment, we tap into what’s truly here for us. Acting from that place—step by step, moment by moment—we naturally step into the life waiting for us.

My guidance calls this “RTL,” which stands for Real-Time Living and Real-Time Leadership.

Here’s what RTL teaches us:

Everything we need for this moment is always available in this moment. The next idea, person to meet, inspired action—it’s all right here, ready to lead us to our greatest contribution, creating opportunities that also meet our security needs.

But RTL goes deeper.

When we take strategic steps rooted in real-time guidance, we also fulfill the emotional needs we crave—needs that can only be met in the present.

Imagine two roads converging:

The first road is inspired strategy—faithfully taking steps aligned with our guidance.
The second road is where our emotional and survival needs are met.

As we stay faithful to inspired strategy, these roads eventually merge into one seamless path.

That’s when we live a life that’s both massively purposeful and deeply fulfilling…

Because the opportunities we encounter in real-time align most intimately with our soul’s design and purpose.

This is what Source wants for us: a life where we give our best to the world while receiving exactly what we need in return in a beautiful, symbiotic flow.

It requires just one thing: faith in action. That’s RTL.
