If you follow my work, you know that I love talking about identifying your wounds. This is the first step to becoming the true messenger and business leader you deserve to be.
An issue I often come across in my tribe, and people in general, is that they don’t know how to do this.
They have trouble finding people they can connect with and who resonate with their message.
There’s a simple way around this, but you’ll have to look deep inside yourself.
You see, it’s not just about identifying your wounds…
It’s about finding your pattern. Something so deeply rooted that it weaves through your life.
For example, my pattern wraps around the sense of belonging. This is my biggest wound, which the majority of my tribe shares.
You’ve probably felt afraid that your message wouldn’t be received. You’ve thought to yourself:
“What if they don’t care?! Will they reject me?!”
Or in the business sense:
“Will they buy from me?!”
I felt like this for years… Until the time an inner voice told me that it’s my mission to share my story with the world.
This was the biggest turning point in my life.
Unbeknownst to me at the time, I would go on to find people who understand me and who know that I understand them.
This is what I call wound bonding.
It’s when you find a message, share it with others, and they go:
“Wow, I feel the exact same way! This person knows me!”
This is the heart and soul of profound growth on both a personal and a business level.
Ask yourself – what’s your pattern? How do you plan on finding the people who have the same pattern?
Once you answer these questions, you’ll know what being a messenger is all about. You’ll connect with people wherever you go and find your own tribe.
