Many of us have spent much of our lives feeling misunderstood, unseen, and not easily supported. You may have had messages throughout your life that tell you to dampen down your difference.

That acceleration is really the point of it – not acceleration because you followed somebody’s template…

Leaders typically have a 1-way relationship with clients and the audience. The relationship is between the two of you, and the results are generally delivered by you.
Tribes, on the other hand, are as connected to you as they are to one another. They bond over a shared identity and a shared mission that brings them together. The value they get is as much from each other as it is from the tribal leader… if not more.
WHAT IT DOES FOR YOUR BUSINESS… AND YOUR PEOPLE
Tribes are loyal – even more in times of uncertainty – because the tribe helps each member survive and thrive when things get rocky.
Tribes build and deepen trust over time, which allows you to take bigger risks together, do deeper work together and accelerate what’s possible as a result.
Tribe members support each other, so the weight of delivering results doesn’t rest on your shoulders alone. Another way to think about this is that the collective does the work, and you as the leader support the collective.
Tribe members understand and appreciate the unique value of your programs and product (whereas 1-off customers are often looking for a deal).
Best of all, tribe members become evangelists for the tribe and help grow it with you! They tell other potential tribe members about the amazing experiences they have and invite them to join!
These tribe members can be part of an external tribe of customers, or an internal tribe of team members who share and grow your collective mission.
AN OVERVIEW OF OUR THREE DAYS TOGETHER
Just like you, this event will be “unusual.” This is a playground for you to discover your way to build, nurture and grow your tribe. There won’t be a bunch of lectures or teaching by me or anyone else. Instead, there will be frameworks within which you can develop, nurture and grow your tribe. Here’s what those frameworks look like, day by day:
HEROES & GUIDES
Knowing who you are as a leader in relation to your tribe.
Tribes are made up of heroes on a shared mission.
These heroes aren’t the folks in lycra and capes our minds often conjure up.
They’re people like you and me who say yes to their journey… a journey they’re not equipped to go on.
That’s why they need a guide, which is the role you’re here to play as you support them on their mission.
On this day you’ll develop a clear understanding of the hero’s journey your people are on and who you are as a guide for them.
SHARED IDENTITY & MISSION
Understanding who your tribe members are in relation to each other.
Tribes gather and connect around a shared sense of identity because we all want to be around “our” people.
But tribes need something to do together in order to bond and support each other.
That’s their shared mission, which can be embarked upon together or separately, but side by side.
On this day you’ll discover the identity that will have your people say “Yes, that’s me!”
You’ll also identify the bigger mission that will call your entire tribe forward, together.
TRIBAL MESSAGING
Developing the language and strategy to call your tribe into your orbit
There isn’t 1 formula or 1 way to speak to your people in order to build a tribe…
But there are key elements that have your people feel seen, understood, called forward and engaged in you, your vision and your work.
On this day you’ll learn these key elements and develop the strategies to implement them in your business straight away.
We’ll also spend time as a community talking about PCN – the Paradigm Changer’s Network. It’s the tribe I’ve been guided to create for you!
WHO THIS EVENT IS FOR
This event is for leaders – whether or not you already have a “tribe” you’re leading.
You may be someone who already knows you’re a leader – always have been!
If you’re unsure, look at your life this way… I had a mentor once say that leaders have to be mindful of which groups they join because before long they’re likely to be leading it. Scan your life and see if that’s been true for you!
Of course, it’s not for just any leader – it’s for “The Unusuals.” Visionary leaders who have something cutting edge to bring to this world that will not only exponentially grow their business, but will change something in our collective story.
If this is you, you can’t do what you do like anybody else. It’s got to feel cutting edge to you because that’s when you know you’re being honest with yourself and your calling.
The challenge is that, for most of us, our entire environment is built for assimilation, asking us to fit in and be a part of the pack.
Historically, your safety comes from being in a tribe. You can’t go and fend off the tigers on your own, right? So there’s so much in our bodies, our epigenetics, and our psychology that continually reinforce the narrative: “Fit in, assimilate, be a part of.”
And yet, the calling of our work and our design is to stand out. To think differently. To offer something new to the world and do something nobody’s done before… at least not the way you’re going to do it!
If we are left to our own devices, our standard environment is likely to get the best of us. That’s why an environment built to stimulate our best, boldest and brightest work is necessary!

Will there be a livestream of this event?
No. While we’ve live streamed events in the past, this event is designed for an in-person experience where we bond, grow our businesses and launch a new network together.
Will meals be served?
A beautiful lunch will be catered each day. Breakfast and dinners are on your own.
Can you accommodate my dietary needs?
Each lunch will have vegan and gluten-free options.
How do I prepare for the event?
On Thursday, October 27 @ 12pm Pacific Time, join us for a pre-conference zoom call. We’ll get to know each other and set the stage for you to be prepared to engage fully when you arrive.
